Anitra Green is a mother, keynote speaker, trainer, executive and entrepreneur.  From the beginning of her life it was evident of her call to leadership, as she and others around her witnessed her tenacity to work hard and succeed.  She held her first job at the young age of 14 out of the desire to work, learn and establish her own finances.  She quickly realized her strength and continued working from that point forward.  Entering high school, her desire to be an executive and entrepreneur were continually vocalized. She began landing corporate jobs in her teens.  This exposure confirmed her desire and talent. In her early 20’s she was given the opportunity to work for a female minority owned business.  This was the beginning of intimate training as she was taken under the wing of a strong female entrepreneur, who poured into her and demonstrated working toward your goals and achieving them. She was able to travel the country in this position, exposing her to many different cultures and people.

In her late 20’s she answered the call of God to totally surrender her life to Him and it was the best decision she could have ever made!!  Shortly after being born again she was called to the ministry by God to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ.  She has served as Women's Ministry leader at multiple local churches for nearly two decades.  During this time, she realized her impact on women through ministry and her desire to see them GROW spiritually, professionally and personally. Anitra advocates for balance and serving the whole person, while living the abundant life Christ wants them to have.

Anitra currently holds a Vice President position with a corporate organization.  During her tenure she has accomplished many things from building and training a team of strong professionals to creating processes and solutions to establish high productivity.  She founded a management and leadership program titled CAAMP that has been implemented, winning the Innovative Achievement Award in 2018.

Additionally, Anitra's experience in professional development has enhanced her desire to share knowledge and train others in career advancement.  Founding GROW180 in 2019 allows her to share what she knows!  Success to her is not monetary, but rather living out your full potential and God given purpose.  This is the essence of GROW180!
